Job Description

The ideal person should have strong capability of working with Auto CAD, have good understanding of detailing with minimum input from senior landscape architects, be able to take concept drawings and prepare construction documents with little guidance.

This person willshould lead the team and manage several landscape related projects and delegate work to juniors in the production of construction documents and presentation drawings for multiple projects.

Experience in preparing BOQsquantity take-offs and knowledge of Sketch Up is a plus.

The person needs to have interest in landscape architecture field, with a strong commitment to the ethics and principles of the company, dedicated to providing the highest standards with attention to detail, impeccable time management abilities and be highly responsible and capable to meet deadlines be open to learn new things, have strong communication skills, determination, persistence, willing to collaborate with co-workers and enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment, be proactive to get the work done and update seniors and timely communication and coordination with clients, able to do site supervision if required, are an essential part of this job role.
