Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of real estate products, and the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and property management, to deliver seamless service to clients.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market conditions for management review.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
