About Us:

JR Compliance is committed to providing a safe and secure work environment. We are seeking a dedicated Female Safety Officer who will oversee the safety of our female employees and respond effectively in any emergency situation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of female employees within the company.
• Take prompt and effective action in the event of any altercation or conflict.
• Remain on the premises until all female employees have left for the day.
• Monitor security-related incidents and implement security measures as needed.
• Ability to act independently in emergency situations and handle difficult situations.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in collaboration with management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a related field is desirable.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Punctual and responsible.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry items as needed.
