We are seeking a talented and creative Ladies Footwear Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, knowledge of the latest fashion trends, and a passion for creating unique footwear designs that resonate with modern women.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative ladies' footwear collections, focusing on style, comfort, and market trends.
• Work with a variety of materials, including vegan leather and sustainable options, to create premium-quality designs.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are executed seamlessly.
• Research global and local trends to develop new concepts and styles for different occasions, including weddings and casual wear.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes for approval.
• Ensure alignment with the brand's identity and customer preferences.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and production techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing ladies' footwear (experience with luxury or occasion wear is a plus).
• Strong sketching, CAD, and prototyping skills.
• Knowledge of materials, colors, and textures suitable for ladies' footwear.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ?10,508.96 - ?70,346.36 per month
