Maintain attendance, work allocation, and shift planning for labour workforce.
Coordinate with production and HR teams for manpower planning and deployment.
Monitor labour productivity, efficiency, and resolve day-to-day grievances.
Ensure compliance with contract labour rules (if contract workers are involved).
Maintain and verify muster rolls and wage records.
Discipline & Industrial Relations:
Implement disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Conduct domestic enquiries in cases of misconduct.
Counsel employees on behavioral and performance-related issues.
Liaise with trade unions (if applicable), handle negotiations, and maintain peaceful industrial relations.
Act as the link between workers and management.
Job Requirements
Any Graduate
3 to 4 years exp in labor welfare and relation
Good knowledge in Factory operations
Proficiency in MS office and excel
