A Labour Contractor is responsible for recruiting, managing, and supplying laborers or workers to clients, ensuring that the workforce meets the specific needs and requirements of each client project
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Identify and recruit skilled and unskilled laborers
Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates\' qualifications
Maintain a pool of available labor resources
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain relationships with clients seeking labor services
Understand clients\' workforce needs and provide suitable labor solutions
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Labor Deployment:
Match available labor with client job requirements
Coordinate the deployment of laborers to client worksites
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Payroll and Compensation:
Calculate and distribute wages or salaries to laborers
Handle payroll processing, including deductions and taxes
Resolve any compensation-related issues
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that laborers work in safe environments
Comply with safety regulations and industry standards
Address any compliance issues promptly
Administrative Duties:
Maintain records of laborers, contracts, and client agreements
Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and billing clients
Prepare reports on labor deployment and client accounts
Problem Resolution:
Address any disputes or conflicts between laborers and clients
Investigate and resolve complaints or issues effectively
Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the industries and sectors where labor is supplied
Experience in recruitment and staffing
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts.
