Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our medical team at Vibhuti Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of laboratory tests to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, the Lab Technician will ensure accurate and timely results, maintain equipment, and support medical staff in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests on biological specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Record test results and communicate findings to medical personnel.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Assist with the preparation of laboratory reagents and solutions.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures for quality control and testing.
• Assist in inventory management of lab supplies and reagents.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Certification or licensure (if applicable) as a Lab Technician.
• Minimum of [1] years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of laboratory tests, instruments, and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
