Laboratory Technician
Job Description
Request for the doctor's prescription and bill. Verifying the bill amount and investigations required. Greeting the patients in warmly manner and making him comfortable for the test. Collecting the samples and appropriate storage of the same. Technical expertise - conducting various tests in Clinical Pathology, Hematology, Biochemistry, Cytology and Microbiology. Evaluating the results to ensure accuracy. Documenting and updating the result data. Review of test results during off-duty hours. Delivery of reports on time to the concerned department. Maintaining the confidentiality of all information pertaining to patients. Addressing all technical queries of patients. Proper Scheduling of staff - TL Entering all the pending jobs of the day in the duty handover register and getting it signed by the person assuming duty in the next shift. (DAILY) Attending all emergency cases with high priority. Maintaining cleanliness in the stocks, instruments and also in the workstations. Maintain hygiene while handling patients and doing various tests. Maintain all the records and documentation accurately as per policies and NABL/NABH standards.

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
