As the Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the laboratory operations in our Ferro Alloys Plant. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. The job is located in Goa Velha, Goa, India. This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities.Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a laboratory supervisory role, preferably in a Ferro Alloys Plant or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment
• Experience in quality control and assurance procedures
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a laboratory setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in using laboratory software and computer applications

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the laboratory in the Ferro Alloys Plant
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet laboratory goals
• Develop and implement laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality control measures
• Monitor and analyze laboratory results, troubleshoot and resolve any issues
• Maintain laboratory equipment, perform calibrations, and coordinate repairs
• Train and mentor laboratory staff, provide guidance and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth laboratory operations
• Prepare and maintain laboratory reports, records, and documentation
