Lab & Testing Engineer
Job Description
Purpose of this position is to execute PS/CC-BU product testing at lab & provide necessary data/results based on test specification and project requirements according to set standards Qualifications Diplomo in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Additional Information Required: - Testing Management: Execute functional & validation tests as per specifications and safety standards in an orderly way both for development projects as well as series support topics and provide data/test results to necessary stakeholders. - System & Processes: 1. Organize periodic equipment/tool calibration, MAE maintenance and coordinate with suppliers/service providers for rectification. Ensure lab 5S. 2. Ensure orderly storage of samples/equipment, updates of relevant lab documents. Participate and lead audits with necessary preparation - Escalation Management: Notify Team Leader for any prioritization, issues/risks/deviations during testing/test equipment and obtain necessary support on further actions - Infrastructure Management: Support Team Leader for implementation of MAE/test equipment along with MAE handling competency. Coordinate for implementation & maintenance of lab facilities
