Job Title: Quality & Chemical Lab Technician

We Manufacturer of Rubber tubes, required 04 nos. of Lab technician in our factory located at Ambad, Nashik

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control and Testing:
• Material Testing: Conduct tests on raw materials (such as rubber compounds and chemicals) to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Product Testing: Test finished products for durability, safety, and performance to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards and machinery audit in the plant.
• Chemical Analysis:
• Compounding Analysis: Analyze the chemical composition of rubber compounds to ensure correct formulation.
• Quality Assurance: Perform chemical tests to check for impurities or deviations that might affect the quality of the final product.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of test results, inspections, and quality control activities.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on findings, quality metrics, and any issues encountered during testing.
• Troubleshooting and Improvement:
• Problem Identification: Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to the quality of raw materials or finished products.
• Process Improvement: Work with production teams to suggest and implement improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Compliance:
• Standards Adherence: Ensure that all testing and quality control processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating lab equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge:
• Chemistry: Strong understanding of chemical properties and reactions, especially those relevant to rubber and polymer science. Having knowledge of operation of RIO meter will be an added advantage.
• Experience and Education:
• Typically requires a B. Sc. / M. Sc. in chemistry, material science, or a related field, along with experience in a similar role or industry. Fresher can also apply.

Work Environment:

• Laboratory: Mostly lab-based, with visits to the production floor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
