Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lab Head to lead our laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing lab operations, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality test results. The Lab Head will also be responsible for implementing quality control measures, maintaining lab accreditation, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage lab staff, including training, development, and performance evaluation
- Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality results
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet industry standards
- Maintain lab accreditation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in laboratory testing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
