We are committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services and are now seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Lab Technicians in our Central Lab at Vyttila.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hospital, medical centre, or diagnostic centre setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory technology and possess the necessary qualifications to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized tests in various areas of the laboratory, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology.
• Collect, process, and analyze samples with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure quality control and participate in proficiency testing programs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document and report test results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality diagnostic services to patients.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (D.MLT) or Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a hospital, medical centre, or diagnostic centre.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
