Job Description

We are looking for candidates for Toys Testing and chemical testing for our Bangalore Lab. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for below:

Manpower planning and training:

Manage and Plan the man power as per the requirement in Lab.

Provide training to the chemists for the new tests included in the lab.

Provide necessary guidance to achieve accurate and reliable results within deadline.

Ensuring Testing standards

Monitor the sample testing status

Ensure timely submission of reports and meeting deadlines for various testing procedures.

Ensure ISO/IEC 17025 audit compliance and take corrective and preventive action wherever necessary

Participate in Inter-laboratory -Proficiency testing as per ISO/IEC 17025.

Annual budget planning and improvement of lab.

Prepare the annual budget of the lab.

Monitor the budget preparation process.

Give inputs for lab improvement, expansion and purchase of new instruments.

Maintenance of Lab Instruments

Ensure calibration and maintenance of all lab equipment.

Coordinating purchase and commissioning of new instruments.

Performance Standards:

Measured upon

Increase in daily efficiency of lab activities due to proper planning

Increase in efficiency of subordinates due to effectiveness of training.

Percentage increase in accuracy of test performed.

Increase in frequency of timely completion of sample testing and report submission.

Extent of adherence to lab standards and procedures

Increase in efficiency of lab equipments and procedures.

Candidate should meet any of the educational qualification:

MTech in Mechanical Engineering

MSc in Physics

With

12+ years of experience related to Toys physical & analytical testing along with Team management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
