Prahladpura, RIICO Industrial Area

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday,

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Salary:

?12,000 - ?16,000 (Based on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Lab Assistant

to join our team, responsible for

mixing flavors and ingredients for mouth fresheners

with precision and efficiency. The candidate will work closely with the

CEO

to create

high-quality and innovative flavors

while ensuring

lab hygiene and ingredient tracking

.

Key Responsibilities1. Flavor Mixing & Precision

? Accurately mix multiple flavors and ingredients as per provided formulas? Use

measuring equipment

to ensure

precise quantity control

? Collaborate with the

CEO

to refine and enhance flavors

2. Production & Efficiency

? Ensure timely

supply of mixed flavors

to the production team? Maintain

efficiency in a fast-paced work environment

? Assist in other

lab-related tasks

when immediate mixing is not required

3. Lab Maintenance & Inventory Management

? Properly

seal and store

ingredients after each use to maintain quality?

Track ingredient usage

and notify when stock is low? Ensure all

lab equipment and workspace

remain

clean and organized

4. Quality Optimization

? Optimize

flavor quality

and

ingredient usage

based on feedback? Handle

strong flavors and ingredients

without discomfort? Ensure

consistent flavor profiles

as per company standards

Requirements

? Ability to handle

strong flavors and ingredients

?

Attention to detail

with precise measurement skills
? Experience working in a

food lab environment

?

Fast learner

with the ability to adapt and

improve flavor formulations

Additional Details:

Candidates

must

be from the

food production industry or are interested to work in food industry

The work will be

on-site at our factory in Prahladpura, RIICO Industrial Area

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
