About Us: Xpanse Coffee is a leading name in the coffee industry, committed to delivering premium coffee experiences to our customers. As part of our growth, we seek a passionate and meticulous Lab Assistant to join our team in Goa.

We seek a Lab Assistant for new product development, maintain proper product consistency & to support our quality control and research efforts in coffee production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science or a related field and a keen interest in coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Testing: Perform routine laboratory tests on coffee beans, grounds, and brewed coffee to ensure quality standards are met.
• Sample Preparation: Prepare coffee samples for testing, including roasting, grinding, and brewing.
• Data Collection: Accurately record and analyze data from tests, maintaining detailed records of findings.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and cleaned.
• Research Support: Assist in research and development projects related to coffee quality, flavor profiles, and new product development.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety and quality regulations within the lab environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage laboratory supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,423.52 - ?30,729.22 per month
