The L7 Product Manager plays a crucial role in defining the product vision, setting strategic goals, and aligning the product roadmap with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall objectives. They are responsible for prioritizing features, conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and ensuring the product meets customer needs throughout its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
\xe2\x80\x93 Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals \xe2\x80\x93 Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions \xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch \xe2\x80\x93 Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product\xe2\x80\x99s success and make data-driven decisions \xe2\x80\x93 Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and eventual sunset \xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and make informed decisions based on data, user feedback, and business objectives \xe2\x80\x93 Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and external partners, to ensure alignment and buy-in \xe2\x80\x93 Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in product management
Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field preferred \xe2\x80\x93 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or user research for an established company; 2-3 years for an early-stage startup \xe2\x80\x93 Strong understanding of React JS and familiarity with software development processes, APIs, and database management \xe2\x80\x93 Experience with Agile methodologies, user experience (UX) design principles, and data analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello \xe2\x80\x93 Adaptability and continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\x93 Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)/ Project Management Professional (PMP), or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect are a plus
