As part of the ongoing support and enhancements to our Employee Technology Services (ETS) we\'re looking for VDI Technical Lead to support Thomson Reuters Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.About the Role:In this opportunity as L3 Support Engineer, Employee Technology Services, you will:As a MDM Support Engineer - ETS, you should possess a diverse skill set that combines technical expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mobile technology and MDM solutions.Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new MDM technologies and tools.About You:You\'re fit for the role of L3 Support Engineer, Employee Technology Services if your background includes:Years of Experience: 2 - 6 Years.Preferred hands-on experience with In-Tu.ne and JAMF.
