Key Requirements

:

Experience in Desktop support : 5 Years and above. Expert level understanding of Windows (all versions), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and advanced system administration. Comprehensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.),This includes advanced troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement. Also be familiar with BIOS/UEFI. In depth understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues. Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix) for desktop management and troubleshooting. Knowledge of different backup and recovery methods for desktop environments. Expertise in troubleshooting and supporting video conferencing hardware and software. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely to non-technical VIP users. Maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when dealing with VIP users and sensitive information. Identifying potential issues before they impact VIP users and implementing preventative measures.
