Project description
The Project is for the Large International Investment Bank, Fixed Income, and currencies line of business. It is planned to create a brand new Cash Settlement Engine (CSE). CSE will deliver a single cross-product settlement and payment initiation platform for cash products reducing the cost of ownership and improving operational efficiency. CSE should not be viewed as a standalone monolithic application running on its own dedicated infrastructure. Instead, CSE will form part of an Operations eco-system where a set of cooperating services will handle Cash Settlements, documentation (DICE), and Client Self Service. CSE will be hosted in the internal cloud with a clear glide path toward a future external cloud hosting solution.
Responsibilities
Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact on business Put controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth the functioning of production systems Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised. Stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank ensuring alignment to common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units. Member of the development/ implementation team (including off-shore) working on assigned tasks, projects, and initiatives. Interacts with members and other functional teams including members of the offshore team Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/ procedures, including change and incident management process Provide general administrative support to the team including meetings, knowledge transfer, and activity reporting Candidate is expected to work in extended hours (shifts & weekends) on the need basis. Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices. Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/upgrades

Must possess Production support experience 4+ years (L2/L3) Bachelor/Masters Degree in Computers/Computer Applications Must have Minimum of 2+ years experience in Payments Production Support (L2/L3) Must have hands-on experience in SQL , Unix and Good Database knowledge Should have worked in Monitoring in TWS and JIRA/Service now Exposed to Cloud/GCP is added advantage Having good communication, both in Verbal/Written. Flexible to work in shifts (24*7 support), ready to support in night shift at least once in every month. You must have very good Payments application knowledge/ experience in the Investment Banking domain Nice to have
Able to work with GCP. Have used Google Console
