Job Description


  • Exp must - 2 - 6 years
  • Must have - French Language B2 Certified & L1 IT Service Desk knowledge
  • Location - Bangalore & Mumbai
  • French Language B2 Certified. Preferably fluent with Canadian users.
  • L1 IT Service Desk knowledge
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Logging tickets to appropriate groups as per the SOP/KBs.
  • Fulfilling Service Requests.
  • Handle Incoming calls from Canada users.
  • Handle tickets logged via Self-service portal.
  • Follow up with users until resolutions.
  • Co-ordinate with technical towers and users.
  • Permanent shift 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Based on day light savings)
  • Work from Office Only, no Hybrid
