Key Requirements

:

Proficient in installing

Windows 7 and 10

operating systems. Hands-on experience with,

Lotus Notes/Outlook Client

,

antivirus

, and

patch management client installations and configurations

. Basic networking knowledge including

router and switch configurations

. Minimum

3 years of experience in customer site IT support

as an IT Executive. Familiarity with

OS Installation and Windows Configuration

. Working knowledge of

MS Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome

, and other web browsers. Experience in

Active Directory/domain environments

. Basic knowledge of

mobile device management (MDM)

and

email configuration

. Understanding of

helpdesk tools

and ability to manage and resolve tickets. Level 1 experience in installing

Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019

.
