Job Description


The L2 Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to users of 3SC Products. This includes (but not limited to)

  • troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • providing training and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of debugging a product
  • Checking the processes are up and running
  • Checking the Logs
  • Basic SQL
  • The L2 Support Engineer must have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Products and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to Clients of 3SC, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Provide training and documentation to users on our systems
  • Work with the L3 team in case the issue needs code fix
  • Communicate regularly to the customer through the tools
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in IT support
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Fresher <> 2+ years of experience in IT support
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and networking
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
