The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in user-centered design, a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective design solutions, and a passion for creating intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that our platform not only meets user needs but also aligns with our strategic business goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead User Experience Design: Define and implement the user experience strategy across the Kyndryl Win Coach platform, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly design language.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that elevate the overall user experience.
  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive UX research to understand user personas, workflows, and interactions, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Innovative Design Solutions: Develop and conceptualize original design ideas that simplify complex processes, ensuring an intuitive user-system interaction with a strong visual design focus.
  • Iterative Design Process: Employ a user-centric approach to design, integrating rapid testing, feedback, and iteration to continuously refine and enhance the user experience.
  • Multi-Platform Expertise: Address UX challenges across multiple platforms, creating scalable, responsive, and user-friendly design solutions that cater to diverse user needs.
  • Prototype Development: Generate detailed prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process maps, demonstrating proficiency with visual design and rapid prototyping tools.
  • Accessibility Standards Compliance: Ensure design solutions comply with GUI accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG, to create inclusive user experiences.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and their rationale effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iteratively improve and refine designs.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay current with UX/UI trends and emerging technologies, contributing innovative ideas that enhance the platforms user experience.

  • 3-8 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UX Design, or a related discipline; a Master's degree in UI/UX is preferred.
  • Certification in UX Design is highly desirable.
