This critical role offers the opportunity to shape the future of GTM enablement within our organization by overseeing the strategic direction, optimization, and expansion of our GTM Enablement platform, Kyndryl Win Coach (powered by Highspot). The ideal candidate will have a visionary mindset combined with hands-on expertise, seamlessly integrating platform strategy with business objectives to drive impactful results.As the Kyndryl Win Coach Platform Leader, you will be the driving force behind the platform's performance, adoption, and future development. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams while directly liaising with Highspot to ensure that the platform continuously delivers value. You will also serve as a thought leader, identifying innovative ways to expand the platforms capabilities and foster an exceptional user experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust partnership with Highspots team to ensure alignment with our evolving business needs and maximize the value derived from the platform. Advocate for new features, improvements, and integrations that support our long-term strategy.
  • Platform Innovation & Optimization: Continuously assess and implement enhancements to the Kyndryl Win Coach environment, leveraging the latest advancements to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Drive experimentation and innovation to position Kyndryl as an early adopter of cutting-edge enablement solutions.
  • GTM Enablement Leadership: Lead the evolution of GTM enablement capabilities through Kyndryl Win Coach, ensuring that content, training, and sales coaching are seamlessly integrated into the platform. Elevate the platforms role in accelerating GTM performance and enhancing customer engagements.
  • Advanced Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Content Data Analyst to interpret performance data and platform metrics, focusing on key success indicators such as user adoption, content engagement, and GTM productivity. Leverage these insights to provide strategic recommendations and optimize platform effectiveness, driving continuous improvements in alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and drive the execution of a strategic roadmap for the Kyndryl Win Coach platform. Identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that align with the broader GTM strategy, ensuring timely and impactful implementation.
  • User Experience Collaboration: Work closely with the Kyndryl Win Coach User Experience (UX) Leader to support platform enhancements by providing strategic input based on user feedback and platform performance data. Ensure that UX improvements align with overall platform goals and adoption strategies, ensuring the platform meets the needs of all users.
  • Ecosystem Integration Management: Partner with the CIO to integrate Kyndryl Win Coach with other strategic systems such as CRM, content repositories, and analytics platforms. Ensure a seamless and secure flow of data across the entire technology ecosystem, driving process efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Operational Leadership & Vendor Oversight: Lead and oversee the Highspot (vendor) managed services team to ensure high-quality support, timely issue resolution, and consistent system performance. Proactively address potential challenges to guarantee uninterrupted platform functionality.
  • License & Account Governance: Implement governance protocols around user license provisioning, permission management, and platform configuration to ensure compliance, security, and optimal user access.
  • Thought Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in GTM enablement technology, offering insights and strategic guidance across teams to foster innovation and alignment. Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are addressed through Kyndryl Win Coachs evolving capabilities.

  • Experience: 8+ years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing sales enablement platforms, with a strong preference for High spot experience. Familiarity with alternative platforms such as Seismic, Show pad, Media fly, Allego, etc., is also highly valued.
  • Sales Enablement: At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement, driving productivity, content engagement, and sales acceleration through strategic initiatives.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to bridge business needs with platform capabilities, fostering collaboration and solving complex challenges.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and building trust across teams.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
