This role is crucial in ensuring our GTM teams are fully equipped and motivated to utilize Kyndryl Win Coach to its fullest potential, thereby enhancing productivity and sales effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:

• Awareness and Understanding:

• Develop and implement innovative awareness campaigns to introduce and highlight the benefits of the Kyndryl Win Coach platform to the global GTM and support teams.
• Orchestrate webinars, workshops, and live demos to showcase the practical applications of the platform in the sales process.
• Gather feedback from users to inform platform enhancements and future training initiatives.
• Adoption and Engagement:

• Design and execute creative strategies to drive platform adoption and active engagement among global GTM team.
• Monitor and analyze usage data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving adoption rates.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing communication plan to keep the GTM teams informed and motivated to use the platform regularly.

• Communication and Collaboration:

• Regularly communicate updates, new features, and upcoming training sessions to keep the GTM team informed and engaged.
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing success stories, best practices, and lessons learned across the GTM organization.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, communications, marketing, or a related role,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse global audience.
• Strong writing, storytelling and creative skills.
• Proficiency with Highspot or similar sales enablement platform is highly desirable.
• High degree of self-motivation and initiative.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
