Over the years we have left an indelible impression in the IT solutions domain with an impressive clientele and an extensive global presence.The Role:Associates will support & guide the team in performing AML/KYC related checks in clientxe2x80x99s System/s & network. Associates are expected to perform/assist in performing quality checks on the teamxe2x80x99s activities help/perform any other activities that are requested by the client within the agreed framework.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily huddles with the team & share any relevant company's updates with the team. Huddle MoM must be recorded and shared with associates in client network. Receive directions from OMs and cascade information/process notes to the team.
  • Candidate should be 1st point of contact for the team & must take 100% ownership of all teamxe2x80x99s activities. Any issues must be escalated to OM at the earliest.
  • Maintain balance between exceptional customer service and solid investigative research while carrying out the assigned jobs
  • Support and capture all pertinent information from customer. Conduct research and provide updates on the status
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through research of account activity and take appropriate actions.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
Skills Required:
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Should be able to share daily MIS with clientsxe2x80x99 & OM.
  • Proven ability to learn and apply new information with Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-oriented work environment. Must be open to work in late night/early morning shifts as per customer requirements. Should be able to work over weekends if required & motivate the team to support him/her as required by the process/client needs.
  • Strong and effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Strong research and documentation skills, must be well versed in MS visio or any such other applications as desired by the role.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Any Graduate
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant domain
  • QC experience from the past engagements is mandatory
  • 2+ years of team management experience is desirable. On paper, team leader experience is mandatory, strong experience in quality check, attrition, shrinkage.
