  • Ability to scrutinize various documents to ascertain their income source and monthly paying capability of customers.
  • Knowledge of property verification techniques to assess the value of property, worth of property, location of property, etc.
  • Skill in evaluating customer income sources to determine their financial stability and potential risk factors.
  • Competence in assessing the paying capability of customers to provide insight into their financial commitments and stability.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling sensitive and confidential customer information.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough KYC verification processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Collect and review customer documentation, ensuring authenticity and completeness of the required information.
  • Perform employment verification by liaising with employers to authenticate employment status and history.
