:Job Title - KYC Analytics Analyst - AssociateLocation - JaipurRole DescriptionKnow Your Client (KYC) Operations is responsible for designing, developing and managing the ongoing process for onboarding clients into the DB environment to ensure regulatory and policy compliance. KYC Operations is also responsible for ensuring the ongoing review and maintenance of the client profile and validation that the client remains compliant to regulatory and policy requirements.KYC Operations Pipeline is responsible for releasing and allocating client files to the respective production teams utilizing an agreed allocation logic. It is also responsible for maintaining a file categorization framework; supporting MI and reporting with key attributes (UDE file); and reconciling between Client Perimeter and various scope requirements.In this role you will be a business aligned Management Information (MI) and Pipeline analyst with strong SQL skills; you will work with upstream and downstream end users to design, integrate, build, test and implement data solutions and architecture changes into our MI and Pipeline planning system.What we\xe2\x80\x99ll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy

Your key responsibilities

• Track and ensure all change request are processed timely.
• Work effectively with key stakeholders using strong influencing skills to ensure the mutually satisfactory resolution of key issues and that the respective responsibilities are understood, agreed, and escalated where required.
• Identify \xe2\x80\x98red flag\xe2\x80\x99 situations and escalate in line with Deutsche Bank policies and procedures.
• Appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive client data.

Your skills and experience

• Understanding of Control, Compliance/AML and Investigation functions in the banking industry
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong Excel capabilities
• Documentation, SharePoint and SQL experience a plus
