• Excellent knowledge on SAP codes to related transitional domain
• Working basics on O365
• Good command in English language

Technical

• Process knowledge and hands-on experience with SCM procecess and tools (Purchasing, Inventory management)
• Know-How on global import / export clauses
• Advanced user knowledge of SAP MM module
• Lean Six sigma, Excel - Macro would be an asset
• Expertise on supplier follow-ups, EDI process etc
• Supplier tendering and negotiation skills
• Supplier relationship management skills

• Strong knowledge on Supply Chain Management, Master Data Management & Material Management Process
• Monitors purchase requisitions ensuring compliance with preferred/approved suppliers, correct material and supplier master data
• Responsible for purchase order creation.
• Follows up with supplier for order confirmations and delivery details
• Clarifies invoice matching deviations for PO related invoices with suppliers and invoice team.
• Handles day-to-day supplier issues in collaboration with sourcing and suppliers.
• Savings performance in sourcing projects and savings data accuracy
• Product or service cost reduction or product cost model contribution in own area of responsibility
• Ensures compliance and adherence to KONE policies and procedures, including and notably the PO policy.
• Ensures compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Co-ordination with Logistics team for timely material deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers for Material readiness and advancement.
• Co-ordinate with data team related to Material Extension in SAP.
• Handling Non conformities with supplier and DC.
• Certification in Python will be an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge in Power BI and Data Analytics.
• Work assigned by the Team leader / Manager.
