Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team at a KST. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the kitchen, service, and transport departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Duties
• To ensure smooth functioning of the Kitchen Stewarding Department.
• Essential functions include assisting Culinary , maintaining inventory, ensuring all hygiene standards are maintained.
• Ensure that all procedures are maintained as per the standards.
• To be able to anticipate and meet guests' needs and to possess insatiable desire to attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a KST
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of KST
