Responsibilities Responsible for implementation and monitoring of our programs at development partner sites, schools and colleges. Managing environmental initiatives at the firm and development partner sites Coordinate volunteering program for their respective regions. Managing internal communication on our programs. Managing databases for projects and activities. Qualifications Should be a Graduate, however a Post Graduate (Social Sciences) is preferable. 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in the sector will be preferred. Should have excellent communication (oral and written) skills so as to independently communicate with Partner organisations and co-workers. Should have strong interpersonal skills. Should be able to work well in a team and manage group activities. Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, Excel skills required. Should be able to analyze and interpret large and complex data effectively. Should be able to manage multiple programs and responsibilities.
