QUALIFICATIONS



Law degree from top tier law school with robust academic credentials. 1+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on contracts and agreements in a corporate or law firm environment. Understanding of financial and commercial terms in contracts. Must be technically sound with strong knowledge of contract laws and good knowledge of finance. Top-notch English language drafting skills. You must be adept at international business English. Accuracy and attention to detail is an absolute must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
