If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a KPI Metrics and Reporting Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).KPIs, Metrics & Reporting Lead * Responsible for running existing reports, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that support business decisions.

• Maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
• Basic understanding of object-oriented coding concepts (JavaScript/TypeScript), noting VBA experience will be a useful foundation to begin with if no JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
• Google platform experience.
• Experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
• Experience testing, and launching software products, and experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
