Job Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design function and elevate our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, design trends, and brand consistency, with the ability to translate business strategies into compelling visual content.Key Responsibilities:- Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.- Design Execution: Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, packaging, and event materials.- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain a cohesive brand identity across channels.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns.- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.- Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative environment.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) & other designing software like FIGMA, Coraldraw etc.- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.- Strong communication and presentation skills.Preferred Traits:- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and a team player.- Passion for staying ahead of design trends and industry developments.
