This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the evolution of product management and engage with state-of-the-art AI technologies.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or related fields from a Tier-1 Engineering College\xc2\xb7 3-5 years of technology product design and development, preferably with a focus on building supply chain products\xc2\xb7 Experience in start-up environment a plus\xc2\xb7 Understanding of technology and application development process\xc2\xb7 Understanding of supply chain and operations process and interest in transformation projects directly and indirectly related to Strategic Operations\xc2\xb7 Strong technical affinity, including proficiency in Python\xc2\xb7 Strong written/ verbal communication and presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial spirit\xc2\xb7 Insightful, inquisitive, collaborative\xc2\xb7 Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Curiosity and interest in understanding customer needs and user interactions with products\xc2\xb7 Positive, can-do attitude; proactive, highly motivated self-starter\xc2\xb7 Availability for an onsite role at our Gurgaon office\xc2\xb7 Experience in developing customer segmentation and customer journeysJob Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with the teams leadership in developing, launching, and optimizing supply chain products, features, and solutions\xc2\xb7 Contribute to market and customer research projects to inform product strategies\xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AI product development, with a focus on Generative AI\xc2\xb7 Utilize hypothesis-based testing to discover product needs and conduct brainstorming workshops to identify requirements\xc2\xb7 Communicate product requirements effectively to internal and external stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Develop proof-of-concept models for potential product features\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with designers and developers to bring product concepts to fruition\xc2\xb7 Engage in the design and execution of experiments, fine-tuning model parameters for optimal product quality\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with external partners/vendors to enhance product capabilities\xc2\xb7 Oversee Minimum-viable-product (MVP) release cycles, in Agile fashion, with prioritized features to meet consultant and client needs\xc2\xb7 Drive commercialization & adoption of assets with Kearney delivery teams; developing of marketing messaging to end-customerLanguage RequirementsNA
