About the role:
- Lead delivery and execution of complex Spend Analytics for Domains
- Identify standard analytics to be automatize and provide specifications to the digital team (including dashboard KPI (number of suppliers, automation rate), periodic results analysis & follow-up and opportunity identification, supplemented with actionable insights aimed at achieving tangible business outcomes
- Identify and predict spending trends using historical volumes, commodity pricing and Sanofi forecasts. Measure and anticipate the impact of commodity price variance
- Manage relationships with key procurement stakeholders - hold discussions on analytical insights, support with deployment strategy, and plan for new analytics needs (including Advanced Analytics - leveraging Data)
- Collaborate across multiple geographies and functions
Responsibilities :
- Be the subject matter expert on all company-wide data/metrics related to external Spend Procurement. Work on automation of for external spend data ingestion. Liaise with the organization to master spend data quality
- Gather granular internal and external data, including benchmark, to identify external spend optimization levers in Procurement
- Develop appropriate process automation to enable quick and accurate assessment of improvement opportunities
- Monitoring macro-economic evolution, industry trends and implementing best practices to improve in-house capabilities
- Partner with Procurement domains and leverage advanced analytics techniques to better predict external spend trends and support procurement and business decisions
- Facilitate the monitoring and manage a category spend, in link with change and evolution requested

Experience & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in business administration
- Between, 3 - 6 years of experience in a business, analysis and finance within Pharmaceutical Industry experience.
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company .
- Good Team Player
- Good in Communication
