Opening for National Sales Manager/Head - Orthopedic DivisionExperience- 7+yrs in Orthopedic ImplantLocation- Mumbai - Conducts market research and develops sales plans and updates periodically based on changing market scenarios and insights from the prior quarters. - Sales plan must be reported every month to management team for analysis and approval. - Strategic planning is the process of setting goals and identifying actions that a company can take to achieve those goals.- Promoting new products to health care service providers- Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development. Analyzing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any- Maintain key customer and opinion leader contact to maximize product performance in the respective therapeutic fields and support current and future objectives- To maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales force and sales managers and to continually update knowledge on the product, competitors and therapeutic area- To achieve targets for sales, grow market share, profit contribution and market penetration for all assigned product- Regular fieldwork with representatives, monitoring marketing plans (brand plans), identifying opportunities and gaining market intelligence- Determining and achieving the sales goals of the organization- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. - Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, or services. - Analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.- Must have experience in orthopedic Implant- Need to manage team of ASM/RSM PAN IndiaSkills Required - You have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.- You are a hands-on leader who is a strong coach & mentor with a strong track record of building & leading high-performing sales teams.- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.- You possess good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver.- You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.- Able to handle the PAN India team.
