:
- Maintain Facilities, repair & maintenance, hygiene & upkeep in the allocated multiple offices.
- Handle Administration and Facilities in multiple offices located in PAN Inida
- Handle vendor development, negotiation , management & Service contracts.
- Ensure implementation of Repair & Maintenance model across all branches/multiple offices
- Provide oversight on office fit out construction projects, including planning and leading refurbishment and improvements projects.
- Conduct and certify Quarterly Business Reviews, Service Level Agreements for key vendors.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technology to enhance overall facility efficiency.
- Partner with key stakeholders to build and sustain a best-in-class employee experience and workplace environment.
Qualification, Experience & Skillset :
- 5+ years of overall relevant experience with 3+ years of experience leading a team.
- Broad knowledge in the areas of facilities management, including building Mechanical, Electric and Plumbing (MEP) systems, Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S)
- Experience leading site services and programs.
- Experience with overseeing office fit out construction projects.
- Proficient in understanding management agreements and vendor contract language.
- Experience with planning, developing, and implementing programs in office management.
- Excellent computer and systems knowledge; Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
- Domestic travel as per requirement.
