Internship Overview: The Hospitality Internship Program at Regalia Resort Goa is a dynamic opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in hospitality. Interns will have the chance to explore and develop their skills in multiple areas of interest. Successful candidates will be selected based on their expertise and may have the opportunity to rotate between different departments during their internship.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

• Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Learn and execute housekeeping procedures.
• Collaborate with our housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Reception:

• Provide a warm welcome to guests during check-in and assist with check-out.
• Gain experience in reservations and inquiries handling.
• Utilize hotel management software for efficient front desk operations.

Restaurant:

• Assist in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
• Learn the intricacies of table service, order taking, and customer interactions.
• Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings and presentation standards.

Kitchen:

• Work closely with our kitchen staff to understand food preparation techniques.
• Assist in food service, plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related program.
• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
