Kitchen Supervisor/Food Pickup Manager - Role and Responsibilities

Overview: A Kitchen Supervisor/Food Pickup Manager oversees kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared efficiently and meets quality standards. They manage kitchen staff and coordinate food pickup and delivery services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision:
• Oversee daily kitchen activities and staff performance.
• Schedule and assign tasks to kitchen staff.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and functional.
• Food Pickup & Delivery:
• Manage food orders for pickup and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and ensure proper packaging.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Conduct regular cleanliness checks and maintain food safety protocols.
• Inventory & Supplies:
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and record-keeping.
• Customer Service:
• Address customer complaints and special requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with food pickup and delivery services.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain records of kitchen operations, staff schedules, and order tracking.
• Prepare reports on kitchen performance and customer feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Several years in a kitchen supervisory role or similar.
• Leadership: Strong ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent at multitasking and managing operations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
• Customer Service: Passion for delivering outstanding service.

Work Environment:

• Fast-Paced: Dynamic and busy kitchen environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
