Job Description

-Manage Kitchen operations - production, dispatch and duties-Manage outlet kitchen operations - Orders , parcels and supervision-Training and coordinating work of kitchen staff-Ensuring cost targets are met and wastage is minimized-Implementing kitchen SOP's and ensuring compliance-Implementing Safety & Hygiene SOP's and Schedules and ensuring compliance-Regular briefing with kitchen team to discuss feedbacks and improvements-Pass on the order information to the CDP and assist in determining production quantities-Ensure timely and proper dispatch of ALL items from Central kitchen & store - food, RM and vegetablesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
