Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor
Job location: Trivandrum
Education: Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience: Min 5yrs exp as Kitchen Supervisor with fluency in Hindi.
Timing 12hrs including rest hours.
Responsibilities
KOT handling, Purchase, Staff uniform, regular pest control
Managing the kitchen porters
Make sure the kitchen is a safe and hygienic place to work
Organizing the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
Helping to plan menus, apportion ingredients, and use food surpluses
Salary: Rs. 22000 (depends on experience and qualification) + food and accommodation with statutory benefits.
