• Assist with menu planning, recipe creation, and daily specials.
• Handle staff training, scheduling, and performance management within the kitchen.
• Monitor food and supply costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Implement procedures to minimize waste, spoilage, and overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints for both kitchen and storekeeping expenses.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management and kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide feedback to management on supply needs and kitchen performance.
• Address any operational issues or concerns that arise in either kitchen or stock management areas.
