The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, managing inventory, supervising the parking area during restaurant hours, and handling the purchasing of daily kitchen supplies.

Key Responsibilities:



Kitchen Operations & Cleanliness:

Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service. Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen as per food safety guidelines. Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels of raw materials and kitchen supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports.

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination:

Procure daily kitchen supplies, including fresh produce and essential items. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and quality supply of ingredients. Verify and check the quality of received materials before stocking.

Parking Area Supervision:

Oversee the parking area during restaurant hours to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with staff/security to manage customer and delivery vehicle parking.

Team Supervision & Compliance:

Assign duties to kitchen staff and ensure adherence to restaurant policies. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Address any operational issues promptly and report to management.

Skill Requirements:



Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role in the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards. Ability to manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations. Good leadership and communication skills to manage staff efficiently. Strong organizational skills to maintain records and ensure smooth operations.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
