• Staff management : Overseeing kitchen staff, scheduling, training, and assigning work stations
• Food preparation : Ensuring food is prepared to the right level and meets quality standards
• Kitchen cleanliness : Keeping the kitchen and service areas clean and tidy
• Health and safety : Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
• Inventory : Organizing inventory, storage, and distribution
• Menu planning : Helping to plan menus and analyze recipes
• Customer service : Addressing customer complaints and special requests
• Sanitation : Assisting with overall sanitation and organization of the kitchen and serving lines
