Roles and Responsibilities :
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, material requirement planning, and purchase management.
• Supervise store staff to ensure efficient storekeeping practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Oversee store planning, layout, and maintenance to optimize space utilization and improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to food safety, hygiene, and security.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., kitchen) for smooth supply chain operations.
