• Kitchen steward Cleans and maintains the kitchen, including:
• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
• Sweeping, dusting, and mopping
• Taking out trash
• Ensuring the kitchen and storerooms are clean
• Using and maintaining equipment according to manufacturer and department guidelines
• Reporting maintenance or hazard issues
• Assisting with light food preparation
