Kitchen Steward
Job Description
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recycling, and ensure proper waste management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries.
• Perform routine deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
