The Procurement cum Storekeeper is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process as well as inventory management for the restaurant. This role involves sourcing quality ingredients and supplies, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and control of inventory. The Procurement cum Storekeeper plays a critical role in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and upholding the restaurant's quality standards.
